Four steps to make an online return / exchange (accepted within 30 days of purchase)

1. Submit your return / exchange request, including your order number and a short explanation of the reason for the request.
2. We'll reach out to make it right or send a return shipping label.
3. Pack the products you are returning and include the original packing slip.
4. Ship your products back using the return shipping label.

Once the returned package has been received, we'll process the refund, minus the cost of the shipping label.
